We were again joining a cooking course in the top-restaurant in Bad Kreuznach "Im Gütchen"
Some impressions form the kitchen:
Most of the people already knew each other from previous courses and therefore the mood was excellent:
The result of the efforts, the starter: beef tartar on mushrooms.
A special was the way of serving the food, a slapstick-like performance from Matthias (in the background) and his friend (unfortunately not on the pictuer), reminding at "Dinner for One":
A beef soup with Flädle (sliced pancakes), one of the fiew plates without the special "garnish":
Main course was steak on cooked ox-cheek, hmmmm, meat on meat, that's the way I like it. OK, the mashed potatoes and the vegetables were very good as well.
To finish we had a big portion of "Hip-Gold": apple tart with vanilla cream:
