We were again participating a cooking course in the top-restaurant in Bad Kreuznach "Im Gütchen"
Some impressions form the kitchen:
As you may already have guessed the today's theme was Asian cooking.
The BiBo (Big Boss Jan Treutle) liked it ...
Our son with dried fishes, a little bit different to his normal snacks such as chips ...
The mood amongst the people was excellent:
Instead of spring-rolls we had summer-rolls:
The ricewheat-plates were a little bit resistant:
More than enough to please everybody, the starter-plate:
Most of us weren't any longer hungry after the starters!
Between the courses the cooks had to return back into the kitchen to work ...
... to finish the second course, the summer-rolls.
Enjoying talks with very nice people, made even easier with the good selection of wines.
The main course was lobster on vedgetables with rice.
To finish we had a big portion of Hip-Gold: mango-icecream with fruit:
