"Meeting Bodenheim "Selbstausbauer""

 

As in the previous years I joined again the meeting of people who build their own camper ("Selbstausbauer") in Bodenheim. Because of the birthday of my son I was only able to join from Saturday till Sunday morning. 

 

 

Saturday it was frequently extremely rainy. So many had moved their campers into the front area where the place had more grip because of the gravel and left the rear area with grass and soft ground empty. So I had enough space to put Big Foot there although I had to engage the 4x4 drive.

 

 

These photos have been taken whilst the few non-rainy moments. In the front the tent of future owner of a self-made camper. So till they are ready they had to stay in their tent.

 

 

Because of the rain and the cold wind nobody fancied to have a barbeque and most of the group joined to go to a nice restaurant in Bodenheim.

 

 

Enjoying the local wine and the good foot lots of discussions about the hobby took place.

 

 

Next morning the weather was much better and especially the male people staggered around the future four-wheel-camper monster of Ralf - a MAN KAT.

 

 

The organisation from Wolfgang and his wife for the meeting was perfect - thank you very much again to both of you!
